Enterprise Rhone-Alpes International (ERAI) a group from the Rhone-Alpes region of France has just inaugurated their second office in the US located in the University City Science Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The event was attended by Governor Rendell, and focused on the partnership between Pennsylvania and Rhone-Alpes, including a Conference on the Green Industry in France, an exhibition on Pollutec 2010, presentations by Governor Rendell, members of French Parliament and three companies involved with the ERAI effort in Philadelphia.

Stephen Tang President and CEO of the University City Science Center said that although the Science Center is the oldest urban research park in America it is still leading with innovation. University City Science Center is the oldest urban research park in the United States and recently completed its newest building at 3711 Market St. in Philadelphia, home to Quorum clubhouse, Port Technology Incubator and the Global Soft Landing Program. The University City Science Center is located within the University City Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ) and houses three plug and play technology incubators and 2 million square feet of office and lab space.
