PR has shifted from a business of influencing the media to write stories about our companies and clients, to one of leveraging and creating affinity groups that can influence the success of a product or service. For the first time in history, technology has made it possible for us to do that without the mainstream media. But just because we have control, doesn't mean we have it easy in this new environment. We have to have better, more consistent messaging, higher volume output, substantially more relationships with influencers and the tools of mathematics.

Come discover how the business of public relations has become the business of viral marketing and what you can do to help your company "go viral."
